位置就在小鎮中心，購物方便，但設施不完善：沒有空調，衹有暖氣片和電風扇。房間有排風扇，但是壞的。 衞生方面差：1.床上的枕頭側面有2跟長頭髮，本人短髮。2.我對塵蟎過敏，一直打噴嚏🤧

The check-in process was super efficient, though we had a slight hiccup with the key cards not working. Thankfully, the staff resolved it quickly. Checkout, on the other hand, was completely seamless. The rooms were spotless, and the location couldn’t be better—great restaurants nearby and a Woolies conveniently right next door!

地點真的完美，但樓下餐廳星期日早上是不提供早餐的，對面油站便有二十四小時租借滑雪用具的地方，房間清潔程度還可以接受，就是廚房用具比較汙糟怎麼洗也不乾淨。洗衣乾衣每次要$4 ，但每一個房間有兩張雙人床一張碌架床和一張梳化床真的性價比高。

The location was good and the apartment was nice, but the heater didn't work properly, which was essential during this time, and there wasn't free parking as advertised.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important. Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance. No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful.

The hotel boasts a convenient location with ample on-site parking. Nearby amenities include a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. While lacking air conditioning, the provided fans ensured comfortable sleeping temperatures during our summer stay.
